To add a page to your website, navigate to the menu page you wish to include the page under (i.e. selling, buying). Click the 
symbol at the bottom of the page, then place a checkmark in the box of one of the unused pages, name the page, then save. Next, navigate directly to the new page, click the symbol at the bottom and edit your content in the "page editor".
Adding Links
To add a link to another website, navigate to the menu page you wish to include the link under (i.e. selling, buying). Click the symbol at the bottom of the page, then place a checkmark in the box of one of the unused pages, name the page, choose "frame" or "new window" as the target, then save.
